Finding Unused Citation and Delete it.

How can i find citations that are not used in MS word?
This is to delete them to save space for storage.

    Item data doesn’t use storage space, only attachment files (PDFs, etc) do. If you don’t want to sync attachment files, you can disable file syncing (but keep syncing item data) in the Sync pane of Zotero preferences. You can also delete attachment files you don’t need anymore by clicking the arrow next to the item in the library list to show the attachment, right clicking on the attachment item, and choosing Move to Trash. This will delete the attachment but keep the item. Be sure to empty the trash after you are done deleting attachments.
