HELP ME! Se borro toda mi biblioteca web de ZOTERO ¿Como hago para recuperarla?

Hoy, intentando hacer una sincronizacion de zotero porque cambie mi computadora, algo paso y se borraro los datos para pasar a mi zotero de escritorio. No quedo nada! ¿hay forma de recuperarla?

    You or someone else deleted all the items in the library. If you don't remember doing this, you may have left Zotero logged in a shared computer and someone else may have done it.

    In any case, if this just happened, you should be able to restore your library from one of the automatic backups and replace the online library.

    Any file attachments would be gone, but we can restore any that had previously been uploaded if you're able to restore your library data.
