iPad/iPhone not syncing papers from Desktop
Debug ID: D291163078
Hi everyone,
My desktop computer and Zotero.org online library both have some papers that are not showing up on either iPad nor iPhone.
I have followed these steps (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing), and everything else seems to be working.
Summary:
- The attachment files are accessible from my computer
- They are also available and viewable from my online library
- Attachments are stored in Zotero data directory (default: /Users//Zotero)
- Even though there was some error icon next to the sync icon when I first openend my computer, I clicked "sync" and it went away. It hasn't come back. after restarting the application.
- I also get no sync error messages when pulling down and syncing on my mobile devices.
- I'm using Zotero storage on all devices (not WebDAV)
- I'm using the same account on all devices (my personal account)
- My storage usage is at 56%, so that shouldn't be a problem
- the decision diagram on the "files not syncing" page linked above led me to the last sentence, which is "If Device B is an iPad or iPhone, generate a Debug ID for an attempt to open the file and post it to the Zotero Forums." So the Debug ID is D291163078. But I wasn't able to try to open any files, since the items just not there to begin with. I have two papers in collection X on my iPad, but 16 on my desktop and online libraries. What I did instead was to try to sync my iPad again, and sync my computer.
I hope this isn't just the result of a silly mistake. Thank you very much for the help!

dstillmanThat page is for file syncing. If you're not seeing items, see Changes Not Syncing.
