I can't add bibliography in my document after I add several citations in my documents. Every time I press "Add/Edit Bibliography" , it shows "Zotero experienced an error updating your document.", and it's really annoying.

What citation style are you using? It looks like it has specified the bibliography style incorrectly.

I'm using my personal style edited from Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note).

And it showed this in the Error Report page:
