Ability to draw with pencil to comment annotations on iOS

i want to have such a feature which can draw anything right in the annotations' comment panel, which just like sticky note in the real world, for example, we can make a draft to have a temporary calculation in such area.
It will be awesome if you can have this feature implemented, thanks!
