Unable to upload attachments etc to the WebDAV (Koofr)

I recently switched all my attachments from linked to stored, using WebDAV (Koofr) to sync. I followed the steps to do so, changing the sync options, and using the Manage Attachments option under Tools to Convert Linked Files to Stored Files. I verified the server as well.
The initial sync did not seem to upload any files to Koofr. I also noticed that some collections I had deleted previously seemed to come back as it synced with the zotero online library. I looked that up online and resolved that issue using the Replace Online Library. Yet no files were being uploaded to Koofr.

I referred to https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing and Reset the File Sync History, to make zotero check if the attachments were uploaded, and it popped up the merge conflicts window as well (as it did in the previous sync attempts), yet the files were not uploaded.

Each time the sync failed, the error it displayed was "My Library has already been auto-reset"

Basically every time I try to sync, it fails with the above error. It currently also shows that the last sync was done 7 Days ago, even though auto sync had been on, and the online library reflects organizational changes I did in the past week

Those are data-sync errors — nothing to do with WebDAV.

Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing this?

You seem to have used some plugin to add 600+ related items to multiple (600+?) attachments. Is that intentional? That shouldn't result in a sync error, but that's certainly not a usage pattern we test with, and it's making it difficult to debug this. There's a setting you could change to try to provide more debug output, but since this is pretty far beyond normal usage, I'd recommend just removing those related items if that's an option.

Oh okay, I had used the zotfile plugin previously to switch to linked attachments, the Zutilo plugin to remove tags, and more recently I used the MarkDB plugin to link zotero items that have external md notes (did not work, don't think it added anything?), and the Zotero Better Notes to add extra functionality for note taking within zotero, but I have only used it to take notes for one paper till now.

How do I find and delete these related items?

Oh I also used the better bibtex plugin to add citation keys, I was trying to integrate zotero imports in an external note taking application

This was definitely done by a plugin. I think Zutilo has a function to mark all selected items as related to each other, so I'd guess it was that. I don't know if it has a way to clear them as easily.

I'd guess that you can pick almost any attachment and find all of the related items. E.g., paste FF2BUGZ7 into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode.

It looks like all the items are related to 600+ items, and I can't seem to find a way to remove all of them en masse . Does that really affect the data sync?

I explain above — it might be causing this problem, and, regardless, it makes it very difficult to debug it, because the related items overflow the debug output. It's certainly causing a huge amount of extra churn in your syncing. It doesn't sound like you actually meant to do this, so you should undo it the best way you can, or ask the developer of whatever plugin did this to provide a way to undo it.

okay. I might have a slightly older copy of the Zotero data folder on a USB drive, I'll probably try to restore from that instead of removing these relations.

I restored from an older data folder, reset the online library (to remove the related items for each entry) and now the sync seems to be uploading the attachments. Thanks!
