How can make the item note automatically added item title

How can make the item note automatically adding item title， in separate window or not. Because I could not identify match the note with corresponding item in separately editing mode. Not so convenient.

    If I need to Ctrl C and Ctrl V to add title to each item note, it seems too imconvinient.
