no able to add bibliography

Since today I am not able to add bibliography and getting this:

[JavaScript Error: "You must insert a quote before performing this operation."]

Can you help, please?

That means what it says (except it says "citation") — you need to insert citations into the document using Add/Edit Citation before you can generate a bibliography.
