pubmed url

I normally import pubmed references into my Zotero library. I noticed that when pubmed takes me directly from a search to a given article, the url shows up simply as http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez, which is what I end up saving in Zotero. Unfortunately, when I try to re-access article page, I come back to the pubmed homepage.

Is there a way to get the full pubmed url to save in my library?
