Upgrade Storagecan not install on Mac
hi all,
recently I download the install pack but after I dragged it to install it, it automatically popped up telling me that it needed to run or install a program (or something) to support its operation. I subconsciously blocked the installation and clicked Uninstall. Later, when I tried to use zotero in the dock, a pop-up window appeared without prompting, and I couldn't get zotero up and running properly. I guess I failed to install it. I later deleted and re-downloaded zotero and tried to install it several times, but it didn't work. How do I reinstall zotero? it is zotero 6.0.26. I downloaded it in 2023.07.08

Zotero is installed like most standard Mac programs — you download the .dmg, open it, drag the app to the Applications folder, and eject the .dmg. There shouldn't be any other messages or processes, and there's no "Uninstall" button in anything we provide from this site. If you saw other messages, you may have downloaded malware from somewhere else.
