Loc. in Archive inconsistent behaviour
Hi,
I've just run into a problem that has me stumped - if anyone has any ideas I'd be very happy to hear them!
I'm writing an essay in which I'm using MHRA note style. I need to refer to a couple of C16/C17 texts, and need to include a Short Title Catalogue (STC) number in my references to these texts. When I've needed to do this in the past, I've put the STC number in the Loc. in Archive field, and it has appeared in the reference as it should.
Today I have just cited two texts, one immediately after the other. In both cases I have put the STC number in the Loc. in Archive field. As far as I can see, both have data in exactly the same fields: Item Type ('book' in both cases); Title; Author; Place; Date; Short Title; Loc. in Archive; Date Added; Modified. In one of the references the STC number appears, in the other it doesn't.
I've tried deleting and recreating the reference from scratch in Zotero, but the same problem persists. Does anyone know of anything that might be causing this?

Below are screenshots of the two entries in Zotero:
Item 1: https://dropover.cloud/bd8e44
Item 2: https://dropover.cloud/2983ee
Despite the two entries having data in the same fields, when I cite them in MS Word I get different behaviour: the reference for Item 1 includes the information from the 'Loc. in Archive' field (the desired outcome), but Item 2 doesn't. Below is a screenshot of the two items next to each other in the bibliography of my Word doc.:

Since making my original post I think I've established that the problem is with the integration with Word. If I right click on Item 2 in Zotero and generate a bibliography reference I get the full reference with the Loc. in Archive information included, like so:
Drayton, Michael, The Barrons Wars in the Raigne of Edward the Second. With Englands Heroicall Epistles. (London, 1603), STC 2nd ed. / 7189
So whatever is going wrong seems to be doing so somewhere between Zotero and Word.
I've tried deleting Item 2 from my Zotero library and re-entering it, but get the same results.
I'm using:
M1 iMac
MacOS Ventura 13.4.1
Zotero 6.0.26
Word 16.75
Modern Humanities Research Association 3rd edition (note with bibliography)
Test this in a new document to confirm: I'd expect both items to be complete. Once you have confirmed that, replace the entries for the 2nd item in your Word document, making sure to select from under "My Library" not "Cite Items"
