Upgrade StorageProblem with open office intergration plugin
I am having problem intergrating the 2.0 beta word processor plugin for open office. I am running the latest version of Open Office and every time I try and install the plugin I get the following message : " Zotero OpenOffice Integration could not complete installation because an error occurred. Please ensure that OpenOffice is closed, then restart Firefox." I follow these instructions but nothing happens. I have followed the trouble shooting guide but to no avail. The plugin worked with my previous version of Open Office but ceased to work whe I installed the new version. I have tried uninstalling the plugin and I have re-installled open Office to start again but I keep getting the same error message.

My computer is Macbook Pro which is configurated for different users. For one user it is working, for another not. In the account which does not work has also defects to other plugin functions of Firefox (Google Video Chat is also not working).
