allow the user to display the first/specific note of an given item in expanded view by default
Currently, when one switches to the note pane of a given item, a list of notes will be listed, and one has to click on a specific one to display the content of it, even if there is only one note file, which seems to me rather cumbersome.
I would suggest the following: if there is only 1 note for a given item, expand it by default; if there are multiple notes, display the first one; then, it may be necessary to allow the user to change the order of the notes by dragging the notes, or by giving the user an option to enter a list of keywords, which will be used to indicate which type of notes to be displayed first. For example, one may want to set the notes starting with "Annotation" with the "latest date" as the note to be displayed by default.
In order to allow the users to switch between different notes, the note list can be preserved at the top of the view I'm proposing.
