Menu of item types does not include Web page

When I create a new item I see a drop down menu with a few item types. If I click on More I can see a longer list of item types. The list type in the list is Video Recording, and the list does not include the last one "Web page". The "Web page" type does appear after Video recording when I try to change the type of an existing item.
