zotero7 add citation on word

Hello developers, I'm having an issue where I am unable to get any response when trying to insert references using Zotero 7 in Microsoft Word on my Mac. I have tried pressing keys and commands, upgraded the plugin, and even restarted the software, but the problem still persists. How should I proceed?

    Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to cite? Make sure you restart Zotero before producing the Debug ID.
