web library attachment upload issue

when I upload a pdf to an item on zotero's web library, I can't open it on zotero (windows) or zoo for zotero (android), it says no file found under the path. is that because I use webdav to save all my pdfs and the web library doesn't support webdav yet? thank you.

    Yes. Uploaded files are stored in Zotero Storage.

    The web library will never support WebDAV — the whole point of that is that it uses your server, not ours.
