Thanks for the link. I have already upgraded my current plan to 2GB yesterday. As shown in the screenshot, there is 85% free of my storage. However the attached file is not available today.
Right, but that's why you need to read the linked page. Just upgrading your storage doesn't do anything on its own. You need to actually sync the files from the computer where they were created. A Debug ID from a device that doesn't have the file is totally irrelevant if the file's also not online.
