How to solve error in loading reference file
Hello,
I usually upload references inside Zotero using the nbib files (NLM format) from PubMed. Today, though, I systematically got the error "An error occurred importing the selected file with 'Primo Normalized XML'. Please ensure that the file is valid and try again".
Since this is happening with more than 4 files (even with RIS etc), I don't think it is a problem with the files but with Zotero.
What might be the issue?
Thank you

dstillmanCan you provide a Debug ID for an import attempt that fails?
-
dstillmanBut if this is with an old version of Zotero, you'll need to upgrade to 6.0.26. You should also figure out why you haven't been receiving automatic updates for months.

dstillmanOK, yes, it looks like a recent change broke importing in earlier Zotero 6 versions. We've pushed out a fix, so your Zotero should start working again in a few minutes, but you should still update to the current version of Zotero when you can. We can only ever provide support for the current version.
