File import error

1089261321 error ID

I clicked on file, import, one file, (choose the pubmed file), enter, choose to copy files to Zotero, then appears an error message citing: "primo normalized XML".

How can I fix this?

Start by installing the latest version of Zotero. You should also figure out why you haven't been receiving automatic updates.

If you're still having trouble in 6.0.26, post a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an import attempt that fails.

@scarabucci: It looks like a recent change broke importing in earlier Zotero 6 versions. We've pushed out a fix, so your Zotero should start working again, but you should still update to the current version of Zotero when you can. We can only ever provide support for the current version.
