Upgrade StorageError with WEBDAV syncing (Report ID: 523753208)
I use pCloud to sync my Zotero library across devices (I am a premium user). Everything is working as intended as of yesterday. However, today, it seems that even after syncing, my Zotero iPad app won't show newer files. I have already double-checked if the newly added files were included in the 'zotero' folder on my pCloud, and they are indeed uploaded via my Zotero PC app.
I then opted to reinstall the iPad app. To do this, I just changed the password of my pCloud account and re-enter my login credentials. However, after re-entering my login credentials, it seems that I cannot connect to the WEBDAV server anymore--even via my PC.
I am receiving the following prompts:
"You don't have permission to access /zotero/ on the WebDAV server."
"Please check your file sync settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator."
I am currently using the following WEBDAV URL, https://webdav.pcloud.com
I would just like to confirm if this problem is from pCloud's side or is it a Zotero problem. I have already contacted pCloud, but they have not responded yet.

dstillmanIt would be a problem with pCloud. Zotero works with properly functioning WebDAV servers.
