Upgrade StorageCapitalaze first work always when i grab
When i try to grab the info from Russian State Library

It's capitalaze all first letters in title:
Конкретная Математика: Основание Информатики
and don't keep the originial orthography:
Конкретная математика : основание информатики
I think it's could be default for russian locale because in russian we write the title with only first letter.
Secondly: it's could be very sophisiticated the title on russian, then i prefer zotero keep the formatting unchangeable.
in the third place: It's a feature or it's a bug? :)
