404 survey entry not found

How is it possible to create a custom entry in Zotero? I need to be able to create a survey entry so that it is listed correctly in the bibliography and I don't want to abuse an existing "data type" for this.

There are no custom item types in Zotero. But using dataset for a survey seems like a good fit anyway.
