Problem with wordprocessing intergration plugin

when trying to install beta 2.0 plugin for open office 3.o all I get is the following message"Zotero OpenOffice Integration could not complete installation because an error occurred. Please ensure that OpenOffice is closed, then restart Firefox." repeatedly.
the error id is 449921069.PLEASE HELP
