Zotero synchronizes all the time and doesn't work

My zotero cannot open any document even in the local side. It synchronizes for a really long time and I never seen it take so long to synchronize before. I tried to restart it but failed. My system is MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 and zotero is the updated 6.0.26.

Is there anybody has the same problem?
  • Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through 5 minutes of syncing (and no other Zotero actions), using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    (You don't need to tag people when you reply to them.)

    That's just your connection to your WebDAV server hanging. Zotero already synced successfully with our servers. You'll need to try a different network or a different WebDAV provider (or you can switch to Zotero Storage).
  • really thanks! I think this is because I used a VPN and the WebDAV (I use dropbox) went some wrong.
