Unable to add citation from google scholar

I have been trying to add citation from google scholar by clicking "cite" button, zotero is unable to catch that citation even though I have re-installed the connector and cleared cache from the browser. Zotero Connector pop-up shows this message "This item could not be saved because Zotero is not open or is unreachable. Please open Zotero and try again. "

Do you have the Zotero app open? That error message wouldn't be specific to Google Scholar.
