Google Docs: Red bar freezes

    This was my first time trying to insert a citation with Zotero and the red bar freezes and does not insert a citation. I cannot cancel the upload bar so that I can cancel/refresh either. There does not seem to be a way to make this happen correctly?

    I have spent months gathering sources in the application and hope I can figure this out.

    Make sure that the citation dialog isn't just appearing behind your other browser or Zotero windows. That's the most likely cause.

    If you don't think it's that, restart Zotero and your browser and provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reproducing this.
