Preferences

I'm on a Surface Pro and can't find the preferences window. For Windows/Linux, the FAQs say to click on Edit -- Preferences. Where is Edit?

    It's just the second menu in the desktop app, like in any other app.

    Are you looking at the web library instead of the desktop app?
