unable to import from clipboard

Report ID 1212648237, About shows I'm using 6.0.18 but had tried to update if that's not current. Displaying and copying an abstract in PubMed mode for import from clipboard is something I have done often but it does not work for me today. Instead, it shows/hangs with box: Importing... Primo Normalized XML. I've rebooted computer and still the same.

    For any problems, you'll first need to start by upgrading to Zotero 6.0.26 from the download page. You should also figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in months.

    But beyond that, I'm not sure what you mean. An abstract isn't something that Import from Clipboard would support. What exactly are you trying to import from the abstract? Can you provide exact Steps to Reproduce?

    @dwwolff: It looks like a recent change broke importing in earlier Zotero 6 versions. We've pushed out a fix, so your Zotero should start working again, but you should still update to the current version of Zotero when you can. We can only ever provide support for the current version.
