You can always upload a video somewhere and provide a link here, but the page I linked to doesn't say anything about a video. It explains the kind of description we would need to help you. In this case, you would have to say exactly what PDF you're trying with, what you're selecting, where you're dragging, and what's happening.

Oh, you just mean it's not automatically scrolling?

We'll see if we can fix that, but you can work around that now by using two-finger scroll on a trackpad (with your other hand) or a scroll wheel on a mouse.
