In Zotero v6, the PDF Preview isn't working for some reason. Am I doing something wrong?

I disabled and enabled it, restarted my computer, and removed and added the plugin. Shows a grey area to me.

Edit: I removed Zotero v7 beta, and it started working again. Not sure if that has anything to do with the issue. Just mentioning what got it to work.
