Bibliography of a 250 pages document

Hi everyone of you!
I am sure this has already been posted,but I could not find it.
Trying to put the Bibliography at the end of my work,but it takes ages, and I could not see it yet. Does anyone know how long it takes to create a bibliography on Mac for a document of around 80.000 words with footnotes?

I have been waiting for the last 30 mins but so far no improvement.

    If you are using Word for Mac it can take ages. That is unfortunately normal for Mac Word especially if you have many references in a document that long. Zotero generating a bibliography from a long document with many references is not zippy because of the amount of computation work that is being done. With Word for Windows or LibreOffice Writer for any OS, the wait for the bibliography to complete is a bit long but not seemingly forever as with Word on Mac. Another thing that will cause a slowdown is the amount and speed of your computer memory and your computer's processor.

    With Word for Mac on an older computer, letting it run over night might be appropriate.
