Annotations between cloud and iPad

I have made annotations on the Zotero App on the iPad, then synced my library to the Web and PC. I had to re-install the iPad Zotero app, and sync the library afresh. Now some annotations (that were originally made on the iPad) are not syncing from the Web Library back on the iPad (even though they were created there). I get an error message on the iPad that says: some data in My Library could not be downloaded It may have been saved with a newer version.
  • Solved. I uninstalled the Zotero App from my iPad, and restarted the iPad. Then re-installed Zotero. This time the files synced with the annotations.
    In a previous attempt I did not restart my iPad, and the annotations did not sync then. Maybe some files were still on the system after I uninstalled the app.

  • Sorry, there was a bug for about half a day that prevented downloading annotations. It's fixed in the latest version of the app.
