Unable to add citations to Word docxs

DeborahWeinrauch
Help! I have a chapter due but when I try to add a Zotero citation it won't add either the number, citation or even the citation box. What is wrong with the document? I am able to copy and paste the (long) document and add citations on another page.

Sorry, I can't quite follow -- you're clicking "Add citation" and what exactly happens?
