It is not a journal but a publisher which has no zotero model.
I'm finishing a large book with hundred of bibliographic references. The publisher - https://www.actes-sud.fr/ - provided the format of citation of references ans it's a huge work to modify the bibliography by hand.
I tried to modify a style but without success.

For publisher styles we don't have enough resources, I'm afraid. There is an already big enough backlog for journal styles.
