Development feature request: develop API further to allow access to 3rd party storage

I am using LiquidText to connect to Zotero library, but cannot connect to the 3rd party storage, so I wanna know If there is any chance to develop that?

Generally API questions go on zotero-dev, but it's also unclear what you mean by "3rd party storage" -- the web API does cover webDAV, which is the only supported 3rd party storage protocol.
