Addons (Menu:Tools) doesn`t open

Tools / Addons doesn´t open. I tried to add another plugin and cannot access "addons". It worked befor to install a different addon. Any idea what to do? I restartet the program several times (new installation)..

Although I have not seen this problem lately as I once did (touch wood), the inability to see Tools\Addons used to be associated with a persistent Zotero process sometimes remaining after exiting the program. Which then caused that problem next time Zotero was started. It was always solved by killing the persistent Zotero process in Task Manager after exiting, or simply restarting one's computer.

Thanks! After another! reboot (and new starts of Zotero) it`s suddenly working.
