Printing Bibliography

I selected APA bibliography format, but when I save it on the clipboard and print it in Word, it always prints without a publication date or place. Why? How to fix this? Here is an example
Sarah Waters. (2000352). Affinity. Riverhead Books.

This would be correct APA style: "Isaacson, W. (2011). Steve Jobs. Simon & Schuster."

Make sure to enter the author's name correctly as it should be "Waters, S.". Also, the year date seems wrong. Not sure what you have in that field.
