Style request: Modern Law Review

I would be grateful if someone would have the time to develop a new style that I could not find in the repository. It is for the legal journal Modern Law Review.

The style guide can be found here: https://www.modernlawreview.co.uk/submissions/ (look on the right hand side of the page).

Online ISSN: 1468-2230
ISSN: 1468-2230, 0026-7961

Footnote citation for a book in the requested style
I. Mares, ‘Firms and the Welfare State: When, Why and How Does Social Policy Matter to Employers’ in P. A. Hall and D. Soskice (eds), Varieties of Capitalism. The Institutional Foundations of Comparative Advantage (New York: Oxford University Press, 2001)

Footnote citation for a journal article in the requested style
J. L. Campbell, and O. K. Pedersen, ‘The Varieties of Capitalism and Hybrid Success’ (2007) 40 CPS 307.
(note that the title of the journal is only abbreviated where there is a common abbreviation for it. Where none exists, the full title must appear in italics)

The journal does not require a bibliography, just footnotes.

The journal is published by Wiley. I've done a search for an existing style that is a close match, but can't find one that is consistent across all the different types of literature cited.
