Connection error

Zotero is not letting me save documents (and it is crashing word when I try to open it there). It keeps sending up a connectivity error.

    I'm not sure what you're reporting here. Saving documents from your browser and using the Word plugin don't have anything to do with one another.

    What's the exact error message that you're encountering? If you're getting a message from the Zotero Connector saying that the Zotero app is unavailable, see the page linked from the error dialog:

    If you have other issues, please start separate threads for those.
