Lookup failed

Hi, I am trying to add an item (https://arxiv.org/abs/1101.1335) to my library but the lookup always fails:

I was able to add that item on the webpage though. Not sure why this happens.

    That works for me. If you're still having trouble, can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing it?

    Hi, I checked at my home and it is working. Seems like it is an internet issue at my office. Sorry for the false alarm.
