'Primary Trait Scoring' (Lloyd-Jones 1977) is one chapter of a book called 'Evaluating Writing: Describing, Measuring, Judging' edited by Cooper & Odell. The book is a collection of chapters each written by a different author.
I'm not sure how I can enter this into Zotero. I need a type of item that will let me specify the title and author of the chapter, and also the title and editors of the book that it's contained in, but I don't see an item type like this in Zorero. There is 'Book Section' but that doesn't seem to let me give the name of the editor of the book, there is 'Journal Article' but this is a chapter in a book not an article in a journal.

you enter editors by clicking on the little arrow next to "author" - so you'll have four lines, two authors and two editors in your case.
