Locked out of account

IT had to completely wipe my work computer, and I had to reload Zotero. I am trying to reset my password, but it is sending the reset email to an old email I no longer have access to. Can you help me somehow recover access to my account? I have 5 years of saved papers there that I really don't want to lose.
