Deleting automatically syncing exported library json

I exported my zotero library (as json files) for the citations plugin in Obsidian. They automatically update. I want to delete them permanently, but they resurface every time I add a new citation to my Zotero library. How do I do this?

I assume you're using Better BibTeX to keep the JSON automatically updated. The functionality is documented on the plugin's website -- you can remove the automatic export in the BBT preferences in the Automatic Export tab.
