Word 2010 / Word Plugin / Zotero Integration Error

I'm getting a Firefox popup titled: "Zotero Integration Error" with the following error message: “Zotero experienced an error updating your document” when I try to cite something from within Word 2010.

I understand that Word 2010 is in beta, so please let me know if there's no support for this. It seems that others have gotten it to work.

Here's my configuration:
* Windows 7, 64-bit
* Word 2010, version 14.0.4536.1000 (32-bit) (Home and Business edition)
* Click-to-Run, version 14.0.4541.1000
* Firefox, version 3.5.7
* Zotero, version 2.0b7.6
* Zotero WinWord Integration, version 3.0a3

Problem #1: When I installed the plugin, it did not show up in the toolbar in Word 2010. I tried the "Reinstall Word Components" option in the Integration Preferences of the plugin options. That didn't work. I found a discussion on here about manually installing the plugin, so I copied a shortcut for the plugin from the Firefox profile to the Windows startup file as per the instructions I found on this site. That resolved Problem #1.

Problem #2: Now, when I try to cite something in Word 2010, I get the error message mentioned above from Firefox.

I have rebooted. I have reinstalled everything... the problem persists. I've also tried using both a shortcut and actually copying the Zotero.dot file to the Word 2010 startup folder.

Below is the Debug Output logging dump I get when I try to cite:

I submitted and got the following bugid: D1772049078

Any help would be DEEEEPLY appreciated as I am in the middle of a graduate inter-term intensive (3 units in 3 weeks).

Thanks!
