How can I restore my zotero in a new computer?

I have changed my computer, the last computer system is windows11, and the new one's is windows 11 too. I copy the zotero.sqlite file and storage fold into the new computer and set the correct location, but article list still be blank, so what should i do?

If you have an empty library after copying those files, you either didn't copy the right files or you copied them to the wrong location.
