Problem about saving PDF files to Zotero

I have a problem with saving PDF files to Zotero.
Even though I can save webpages to Zotero, when I try to save PDF files clicking save button in Safari, I get a message "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.".
How can I do?

    It dosen't occur in webpages. So I can't show you the URL. I use Safari extension. When I click the button "Save to Zotero (PDF)", the message "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information." pop up in the right upper side of the window. This phenomenon occur in any PDF file.

    If you're in Safari, you can provide the URL. It's not possible to view something in Safari without there being a URL.

    We'd also want to see a Debug ID from Zotero for a save attempt.
