Actually I use zotfile to rename attached PDF files with custom rules.
It works fine but I would like to be able to change the rename rule depending on the file type (Article, Report, Book, Thesis, etc.).
For e.g. for an article the renaming rule could be "AuthorName+Year" (for the attached PDF) but for a report I would like it to be "ReportNumber+Author+Year".
Is there a way to do such a thing with zotfile or something else?
