Whatever anti-virus software is telling you that is wrong. You should report the false positive to the company.

If you obtained Zotero from the Zotero website you are certainly safe.
If you obtained "Zotero" from some other source you may not be safe, you may not have downloaded Zotero and what you downloaded could be dangerous.
