convert field references from references to footnotes

May I ask how to convert field references from references to footnotes? After I automatically started using field references, it seems that every reference format has lost footnote/endnote formatting

I'm not sure what you're asking here. To use footnotes, you would select a note-based style from the plugin's Document Preferences window and select Footnotes.
