[Feature Suggestion] PDF Viewer: Continuous Add Note

Currently, "add note" is the only feature (amongst highlight and select area/box) that only works once-per-enabled basis, not permanent. I wonder what the rationale is for this? Would be great if it can be activated continuously until manually cancelled.
